Home / Route to Market

Fifteen markets.
Four channels.
One route per brand.

Premium Health Brands works across Asia Pacific through pharmacy, retail, e-commerce and cross-border — but no two brands use the same combination. Category, format and regulatory position decide which markets a brand enters, and in what order. Being in the right places beats being in all of them.

Three Regions

Three regions, three trade profiles

Each region carries its own mix of channel maturity and regulatory complexity — which is why a brand's route is built market by market rather than applied wholesale.

REGION · 01

ANZ

Mature retail and pharmacy channels, with well-established e-commerce infrastructure. Products are supplied to the TGA framework — ARTG listing status and permitted claim wording confirmed per SKU with the brand owner before a product enters the channel.

REGION · 02

Greater China

High-growth cross-border e-commerce sits alongside established general trade and pharmacy channels — two different compliance pathways. CBEC works to the cross-border positive list without domestic registration; general trade requires registration or filing before import. Which pathway a brand uses is decided before launch, not after.

REGION · 03

Southeast Asia

Ten markets spanning a wide range of retail formats and channel maturity. ASEAN health supplement requirements are harmonised in principle but administered nationally — notification, labelling and permitted claims are confirmed market by market with local regulatory support before entry.

Four Channels

Four ways to market

Which channels a brand uses depends on its category and market. How PHB works each one — direct, or through an appointed partner — depends on what that market needs.

CH-01

Retail & Pharmacy

Chain and independent pharmacy, health-food and grocery. Category fit, planogram support, and the data a buyer needs to make a stocking decision.

CH-02

Local Distributors

Regional, country or channel-specific partners, engaged where existing trade relationships open a channel faster than a direct model.

CH-03

E-commerce Platforms

Domestic marketplaces and retailer .com channels, with marketplace-ready product data and listing support.

CH-04

Cross-Border (CBEC)

Cross-border platforms including China CBEC — a route that doesn’t require local entity registration.

Getting to Market

From enquiry to launch

01

Enquiry

Brand owner, distributor or trade buyer gets in touch through the relevant partner path.

02

Fit & Compliance Review

PHB assesses category fit, target-market regulatory requirements and the right channel mix.

03

Agreement & Onboarding

Terms are agreed, and product data, artwork and compliance documentation are prepared.

04

Launch

Product moves into the agreed channel or channels, with ongoing market support.

Training & Enablement

A partner who knows the product, sells the product

Stocking a brand isn't enough on its own — the people selling it need to actually understand it. We run brand and product training with local and appointed partners, and bring the brand owner in directly where it adds real value.

TRAINING · A

Product & Category Training

PHB-led sessions covering formulation, positioning and category context — so a partner's sales team can sell the brand knowledgeably, not just stock it.

TRAINING · B

Brand-Led Sessions

For technical depth or a market launch, the brand owner joins directly — so partners hear it from the source, not secondhand.
