This policy covers premiumhealthbrands.com.au — Premium Health Brands' trade-facing site for brand owners, distributors and trade buyers. Any separate site operated under the Premium Health Brands name will carry its own privacy policy.
This site runs an enquiry form. When you submit it we collect your first and last name, company, country, website, email address, phone number, the brands and markets you select, and anything you write in the free-text field.
You can also contact us by email instead. In that case we only see what you choose to send us.
This site has no account system or checkout, and we don't collect payment information.
We may also send you PHB company announcements or marketing communications. Every one of those includes an unsubscribe option, and an option to have your details removed from our database entirely. Choosing either won't affect our handling of an enquiry you've already made.
This site does not currently set cookies or use tracking technologies. If that changes — for example, if analytics are added — this policy will be updated first, and a cookie notice added where required.
We never sell your contact details or information, and we never share them with third parties for their own purposes. We share information only where it's necessary to respond to your enquiry — for example, with the relevant brand owner — or where the law requires it.
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the business purpose it was collected for.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted, by contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you're contacting us from, you may have additional rights under local law.
PHB is based in Australia, and enquiry data is handled from there. Because we work across 15 Asia Pacific markets, visitors contacting us from other jurisdictions may have rights under their own local data protection law in addition to this policy.
We may update this policy as the site changes. The "last edited" date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
